Christian Marriage Act, (1872 No 15 of 1872) the Chhattisgarh Government granted license to (minister of religion) Rev.Swami Nadalu Pastor and president, Bethel Prayer house to solemnize marriage and to grant certificates of Marriages solemnized among Indian Christian .
B.Swami Nadalu is social worker who runs an NGO named Help Needs Service Society, Bhilai. With this Institution he work for the welfare of specially orphans and widows. He works to provide proper upbringing of the orphan children and help them to get into the main stream of the society. He also help widows to become self depended.
On the issue of authority to grant Indian Christian Marriage Certificates said that he will grant certificates to only those Christian Marriages witch come under the laws of Christianity.
