Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) Foundation Day was celebrated in BhilaiSteel Plant (BSP) on Sunday. 1028 executive and non-executive workers of BSP were honored on this occasion in the ceremonies organised in different departments. Including the workers and officers of mines area. in total 125 officers and 903 personnel were presented long service awards and certificates for completing 25 years of the Central Function was organised at Ispat Bhavan Conference Hall In which R Ramaraju, Managing Director raced the occasion as Chief Guest. Ramaraju privileged 60 officers ranked above Assistant General Manager with the awards for their long services.

MD in his inspiring address said that as an organisation SAIL has been adapthetuld resilient and this capability is the secret of its continuous success for more than fifty years. He emphasized the important of achieving quantum jumps in performance. He urged the erxecutives to be innovative, adaptive and to prepare themselws for the future . He was confident that SAIL and BSP have sufficient pool of managerial talent and experience to continue to excel and sold that the best is wt to come.

In his welcome address PK Aggarwal. ED (Personnel and Administration) said that SAIL is a caring and sharing organisation and there is a strong bond between the employees and the organisation. That is why all of us do not re allse when we complete the long Journey of 25 years. in the organisa-tion.
